All accessories are included in the prices except piano, vehicle, and bathtub. The prices communicated are excluding tax. 50% deposit for reservation, no later than 48 hours before the date. Unless there are special conditions, the balance of payment is made at the time of your entry into the premises. We reserve the right to refuse making it available, in the event of non-compliance with the conditions. We cannot under any circumstances be held responsible in the event of damage, loss or theft of any equipment or personal effects entered into the premises. You will be asked to respect the premises, facilities, neighborhood equipment and the state of cleanliness in the same way as those present on your arrival. In case of non-compliance, additional costs will be charged and where deducted from your deposit.
